A: We will notify you by phone, email or regular mail if you have won any of our
monthly drawings.
Q: What if I've moved or changed my phone number?
A: Please update your account information by clicking on the link from your
Personal Page called Update Contact Information.
Q: How can I get more sweepstakes entries?
A: There are several ways to enter the monthly sweepstakes to win an iPod.
First, take advantage of the offers we send you by email. Second, take
advantage of the offers listed on your Personal Page. The more offers you click
on, the more entries you'll get and the better your chances of winning. Third,
refer your friends--you'll receive an entry for every one of them who joins.

I get a free iPod or iPhone now?
A. Simple! Just earn 800 Pod Points for a free 1GB iPod Shuffle, 1,500 points for a free 4GB iPod Shuffle,

A. Your current balance of Pod Points is displayed at the top of your Personal
Page. You can also check by clicking on the Pod Points Earned link in the

Q: When will my Pod Points be credited to my account?
A: Pod Points are generally credited to your account within one to five business
days of when they are earned. Sometimes our partners take longer to provide us
with the information and there may be a further delay.
Q: Why have my Pod Points not been credited yet?
A: All of our offers require a minimum of 1 business day for Pod Points to be
credited. Also, we cannot properly credit your account if you used a different
email address when taking advantage of an offer other than the one you have
registered with iPodSweepstakes.com. Make sure you use the email address you
have on file with iPodSweepstakes.com when you take advantage of offers so your
account is properly credited. If you still feel your account was not properly
credited, please let us know at Member

Q: How does the Referral Program work?
A: Telling your friends about iPodSweepstakes is a great idea. You will get 100 Pod Points
when you refer 5 friends who become active members. An active member is someone who has
earned at least 1 Pod Point. Plus you’ll get an entry in the daily sweepstakes drawing
for each friend you refer who joins.

Q: The person I referred has joined, but you show them on my account as not
joined, why?
A: When you refer a friend, we send them an email on your behalf immediately. In
the email, there is a link to the iPodSweepstakes.com registration page. If
they click on the link, and join, your account will be credited with one
sweepstakes entry. However, if they use any other method to join other than
clicking on the link in the email they receive from us, then it is impossible
for us to track the referrals and they will still appear as not joined on your
Referral Status page.

Q: What do I do if there is no active link in the emails you send me?
A: No problem. Some email software does not support active hyperlinks. You have
a choice. Either switch to email software that does support active hyperlinks
(like Microsoft Outlook) or just copy the URL from the email and paste it into
your browser. You'll be entered in the sweepstakes either way.
